The capital's largest industrial park is taking shape
On the north-east perimeter of the future BBI Airport, a business location with future prospects is developing across 109 hectares in the form of the Business Park Berlin. Although some of the plots have already been awarded, the generously landscaped area offers customised, highly interesting consolidated plots for all kinds of companies. Developers, investors and interested companies have a wide range of sites at their disposal, both in the entrance area and in the eastern part of the development area. Technology and sales-oriented companies, commercial and manufacturing companies and logistics centres will find that this 75-hectare site in the middle of the development is a prime location for their operations.
Urban entrance area
Located directly on the main access road B96a, the attractive 14-hectare entrance area will become a prime address for offices, hotels, services, additional gastronomy and retail outlets. A business and service quarter, each with a unique urban development profile and a floor area of up to 130,000 square metres, will be developed along the central piazetta.
Attractive commercial development area in the eastern part
Smaller plots starting from 2,000 square metres in the eastern part of the Business Park are perfect for start-up companies and small and medium-sized enterprises – from skilled crafts to low-emission businesses and service and technology-oriented companies.
Excellent infrastructure
A particular advantage of the location of the Business Park Berlin is the excellent connecting infrastructure. The terminal and cargo area can be reached directly by car and lorry. The Business Park is integrated into the major road network via the B96a and nearby A113 junction and connected to the national and international rail network via the new airport railway station, which offers regular railway connections. The main railway station and Berlin city centre can easily be reached by Airport Shuttle in around 20 minutes. S-Bahn and regional rail connections are also available. The south-east already has the fastest-growing economy in the capital region – and this trend will continue to grow.
The Business Park Berlin offers developers, investors and interested companies the unique opportunity to tap this potential and secure an ideal starting position early on.
