The tender takes the form of a public invitation to tender with a preliminary qualification competition. During the preliminary qualification competition, therefore, no tender documents are provided. All documents, proofs and information etc you are required to submit along with your application to participate in the preliminary qualification competition are detailed in the invitation to tender published in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union.
